The task
Context: We're a 60-person company hiring 8 interns across marketing, sales and operations this summer. The task: 1. Write a day-by-day plan for their first week (who they meet, what they learn, what they deliver). 2. Draft a welcome email from HR. 3. Write a 6-question feedback survey for the end of week one. How we'll evaluate: whether interns would feel welcome and become useful quickly.
What to submit
A Google Doc or PDF with the plan, the email and the survey.
How your work is scored
Reviewers rate each criterion from 1 to 5. Criteria with a higher weight count more toward your score out of 10.
