Terms of Service

HireSol (“we”, “us”) is operated by AnantaHQ. By creating an account or using hiresol.cloud you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. Company accounts must represent a real organisation and be created by someone authorised to hire on its behalf.

2. Challenges

Companies are responsible for the content of their challenges. Challenges must relate to a genuine open role, be reasonable in scope, and must not be used to obtain free production work. We may remove any challenge that breaks these rules.

3. Submissions and ownership

Students keep ownership of everything they submit. By submitting, a student grants the posting company a limited licence to review the work for hiring purposes only. Companies may not use, publish or deploy submitted work commercially without a separate written agreement with, and payment to, the student.

4. Reviews

Company reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent or reveal confidential information.

5. Fees

HireSol is currently free for both students and companies. If we ever introduce paid features for companies, we will tell you before you are charged anything. Students will never be charged to apply or submit.

6. No guarantee of hiring

HireSol is a platform that connects students and companies. We do not guarantee any hire, interview, or number of submissions.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform. You may stop using HireSol at any time and request account deletion by email.

8. Liability

HireSol is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
