This policy explains what HireSol (operated by AnantaHQ) collects and why.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, password stored as a secure hash), profile information you choose to add (college, skills, links, company details), your challenge submissions, and reviews.

How we use it

To run the platform: showing challenges, letting companies review submissions, and building student profiles. We do not sell your personal data.

Who can see what

Student public profiles show your name, profile details and work that a company shortlisted or hired you for. Your full submissions are visible only to the company that posted the challenge. Rejected submissions are never shown publicly.

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can edit your profile at any time, and request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing info@anantahq.com.
