The task
The task: Using the public "Telco Customer Churn" dataset (Kaggle), build a model that predicts which customers will leave. - Start with a simple baseline, then improve it. - Choose a metric that fits the business problem and justify it. - Explain the top drivers of churn in plain language for a manager. How we'll evaluate: sound evaluation and honest reasoning matter more than the highest score.
What to submit
A notebook (GitHub or Colab link) and a one-page summary for a non-technical manager.
How your work is scored
Reviewers rate each criterion from 1 to 5. Criteria with a higher weight count more toward your score out of 10.
