The task
Context: A cloud kitchen in Bengaluru delivers 300 orders a day from one location and is opening a second. The task: 1. Using the sample numbers below (or your own sensible assumptions), plan how many delivery riders each kitchen needs per shift. 2. List the 5 ingredients most likely to run out and how you'd track stock daily. 3. Name 3 risks in opening the second kitchen and how you'd reduce each. Sample numbers: lunch peak 12–3 pm (45% of orders), dinner peak 7–10 pm (40%), average delivery 35 minutes round trip.
