You will understand customer requirements, recommend suitable destinations and packages, prepare quotations and itineraries, coordinate with vendors, and provide excellent support before and during travel. Key responsibilities Understand clients’ travel preferences, budget, dates, and special requirements. Recommend domestic and international destinations, hotels, flights, transfers, and activities. Prepare customised itineraries, quotations, and itemised travel proposals. Coordinate with hotels, transport partners, local operators, and internal teams. Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and email professionally. Follow up with leads, convert enquiries into bookings, and maintain CRM records. - Ensure accurate documentation, bookings, and timely communication. - Provide pre-travel guidance and assist with concerns during the trip where required.
