Software Development Engineer (Full-Stack) – Dubai
NovaEstate Properties Verified is hiring a Software Development Engineer
About the job
NovaEstate is a Dubai real estate brokerage building its own technology: a property search website, a CRM our sales team runs on, and tools that match buyers and investors with the right listings. We're hiring a Software Development Engineer to join our small product and engineering team and build these end to end. What you'll do • Build features across our stack: Next.js and React on the front end, Node.js and TypeScript APIs, PostgreSQL. • Work on the listings platform: property search, filters, maps, listing pages and lead forms, fast and SEO-friendly. • Build our internal CRM: lead assignment, follow-up reminders, deal pipelines and WhatsApp/email integrations. • Integrate with property portals (Property Finder, Bayut) and payment and messaging APIs. • Write tests, review code, and ship to production on AWS every week. What we're looking for • A Computer Science (or related) graduate from 2025 or 2026, or 1–2 years of experience, including strong internships. • Solid JavaScript/TypeScript and React; you've built and deployed at least one real project end to end. • Comfortable with SQL, REST APIs and Git. Next.js, Node.js, AWS or Docker experience is a plus. • You care about clean code and about the people using what you build. • Willing to relocate to Dubai. What you get • Salary of AED 14,000–20,000 a month (tax-free), based on your skills and interview. • Employment visa, Emirates ID and a one-way flight to Dubai paid by NovaEstate. • Health insurance, a joining bonus, a laptop, and an annual learning budget. • Hybrid work: 3 days at our Business Bay office, 2 days from home. Monday to Friday. • Real ownership: you'll ship features used by our sales team and clients every day.
