Credit Card Fraud Detection
Built an end-to-end pipeline (EDA, preprocessing, feature engineering) to flag suspicious credit card transactions. Handled severe class imbalance with SMOTE; trained and compared Logistic Regression and Random Forest models. Evaluated with confusion matrices, classification metrics and PR-AUC.
Prep Track – Interview Preparation Tracker API
Designed and built a REST API with FastAPI to organize coding problems by difficulty, topic, status, notes and revision needs. Implemented CRUD operations with request validation, filtering, and error handling. Modeled and persisted data using SQLAlchemy and SQLite; added progress-statistics endpoints. Documented the API with Swagger/ReDoc.
