HireSol is a hiring platform for India where companies post jobs with clear hiring rounds, usually including a short real-world task, and students or freshers apply. Companies score the work, interview and send offers, so hiring is based on proven skills instead of resumes alone. Companies can also browse a talent marketplace of students who are open to work, and colleges run campus placement drives on it.

Yes. Students never pay to sign up, apply, submit work or upload a resume. An optional Pro plan adds more AI mock interviews, every learning course, detailed feedback and a highlighted profile, and it's included free for students whose college is on the Premium plan.

HireCoins are reward coins students earn on HireSol: for uploading a resume (50), completing their profile (20), following HireSol on LinkedIn (200), applying to jobs (5), moving to the next round (10), submitting a task (20), being selected for an interview (50) and getting hired (100). Inviting a friend earns 500: 100 when they join and verify their email, and 400 more when they upload a resume or apply. The friend gets 250. Students can also buy coin packs. Coins unlock certified courses, extra AI mock interviews and days of Student Pro, and earned coins move you up levels from Rookie to Legend. Coins have no cash value and can't be transferred, and bought coins aren't refundable.

Companies choose a plan by how much they hire (Growth, Pro or Enterprise), with no commission on any hire. Colleges choose a yearly plan, Standard or Premium, by the size of their batch. See the pricing page for what each plan includes. Payments are by UPI, card, net banking or wallet through Razorpay, once or with autopay.

Yes. Our team can give you a free-access code for a trial period. Write to hiresol@anantahq.com, then enter the code on Plan & billing after you sign up.

Each job lists its rounds up front, for example: apply, a short task, an interview, then an offer. Tasks are 2–6 hours and based on the real job, like a sales pitch, a marketing plan or a data analysis. You submit a link to your work, the company scores it out of 10 with feedback, and moves you to the next round. Offers arrive in HireSol, where you can accept or decline them.

Yes. Students can upload a PDF resume (up to 5 MB) on their profile. Only verified company accounts can view it, and only while you're marked as open to opportunities, plus any company whose job you applied to. You can replace or remove it at any time.

It's a searchable directory of students who are open to opportunities, available to verified companies on a paid plan. Companies can filter by skills, location, availability, job type, resume and verified work and invite students to apply. A student's resume and contact details are unlocked one at a time, using the monthly contact unlocks in the company's plan; students who apply to a company's job share theirs automatically.

Companies whose job you applied to, and verified companies on a paid plan that unlock your profile while you have "Open to opportunities" switched on. Public visitors and other students never see your contact details. You can hide yourself from the marketplace with one click.

No. Tasks must relate to a genuine open job and be short, ideally 2–6 hours. Students keep ownership of their work, and companies can't use it commercially without a separate agreement and payment. We remove jobs that break these rules.

Companies can see your college, but they score the work you submit, and shortlisted work appears as verified proof on your profile. HireSol is built so skills count more than college names.

A code to verify your email when you sign up, and security emails such as password resets. Students also get application confirmations, updates when they move to a new round, task reminders, offers, and optional alerts for new jobs in areas they choose. Companies get new-applicant and submitted-task alerts, offer replies, new reviews and a summary when a job closes. Everything except security emails can be turned off in Settings.

Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your email. We'll send a 6-digit code that's valid for 10 minutes. You can also log in with a one-time email code instead of a password.
